During a 60 MINUTES consultation we review your hair history, daily routine, and style goals, then examine hair texture and scalp condition. This visit is where we explain differences between Sisterlocks, microlocks, and loc extensions, discuss maintenance needs, and answer technical questions so you can decide the right direction for your hair.
The consultation fee is $50 and includes pricing discussion, scheduling, and the opportunity to place a deposit to secure your installation appointment. Expect clear next steps: a personalized plan, an estimated timeline, and an appointment window rather than a final installation date until a deposit is made.
Choosing style and size
Selecting Sisterlocks, microlocks, or extensions depends on hair density, desired parting size, daily styling, and long-term maintenance commitment. We discuss the trade-offs: smaller locs for finer definition and higher upkeep, larger locs for lower daily maintenance, and extensions when added length or volume is required.

Scheduling and next steps
After we set your plan and price, you can place a deposit during the consultation to lock in an installation appointment. We recommend booking early in peak months—January, May, and September—when consultations and installations are busiest to ensure the schedule you want.
Our North Nashville location near the Jefferson Street corridor is convenient for commuters and clients from downtown, Germantown, Salemtown, East Nashville and Berry Hill. We’ll coordinate appointment times that suit after‑work or weekend schedules and explain any follow‑up visits needed for maintenance.
